MOOOI FIBRE:
THIS ANNEXURE FORMS PART OF YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT 2024-2025
(This annexure is subject to amendment from time to time)
Moooi fibre is available at most of our residences*.
For students to do well in their studies, they need access to the internet for assignments and research.
With this in mind, Moooi can provide residents with great & uncapped connectivity.
Our Fibre package is uncapped and each student can connect up to 2 devices.
Fibre is available for our residents from R2700.00 per year.
You can select this option in your lease agreement – however, should you decide to make use of an alternative provider you are welcome to do so.

17.1 Fiber lines are installed throughout the premises and uncapped WIFI is available as an add-on per page 2 hereof.
17.2 Faulty lines, communication, network, and technical issues must be directly communicated to the service provider.
17.3 All installed routers remain a permanent fixture in the unit and may not be removed/damaged. In the event of damage to the router, this will be deducted from the Tenants/Occupant’s deposit and the Tenant/Occupant will be liable for all repair costs.
