MOOOI FIBRE:
THIS ANNEXURE FORMS PART OF YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT 2025-2026
(This annexure is subject to amendment from time to time)
Moooi fibre is available at most of our residences*.
For students to do well in their studies, they need access to the internet for assignments and research.
With this in mind, Moooi can provide residents with great & uncapped connectivity.
Our Fibre package is uncapped, and each student can connect up to 2 devices.
Fibre is available for our residents from R 2980.00 for the 2026 Academic year.
You can choose this option in your lease agreement; however, if you decide to use an alternative provider, you are welcome to do so.

17.1 Fiber lines are installed throughout the premises, and uncapped WIFI is available as an add-on per page 2 of the lease agreement.
17.2 Faulty lines, communication, network, and technical issues must be directly communicated to the service provider.
17.3 All installed routers remain a permanent fixture in the unit and may not be removed/damaged. In the event of damage to the router, this will be deducted from the Tenant’s/Occupant’s deposit, and the Tenant/Occupant will be liable for all repair costs.
